The LPD hardwood lipped FD60 door blank is a 54 mm solid core fire check door blank, certified to give 60 minutes of fire resistance. It is the blank to use where a one-hour fire door is required, such as in flats, commercial buildings and escape routes. It is supplied unfinished, ready to cut, finish and hang.

Fitting and care
Door blanks must be fully finished on all faces and edges before fitting. As an FD60 fire door, it must be fitted in a suitable 60-minute fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where needed, a self-closer, and trimmed only within the limits of its fire certification.
