Fitting and care
Lightly sand the primer and apply your top coats to all faces and edges. Seal any cut edges straight away if you trim the door. As a fire door it must be hung in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where needed, a self-closer, and trimmed only within the limits of its fire certificate.
See them at our Ilford showroom: over 300 doors and over 200 handles on display, plus a large range of locks and door hardware, free parking, and odd sizes made to measure in our own workshop. Call 0208 599 0200.
