Description

See the JB Kind Thames Oak FD30 Unfinished Fire Door in our Ilford showroom.

A grooved, cottage-style panel in real oak veneer gives the Thames a warm, traditional look. It is supplied unfinished, ready for your own finish. This is the FD30 fire door version, giving 30 minutes of fire resistance when hung in a suitable fire-rated frame.

Real wood veneer is a natural material, so colour and grain will vary slightly from door to door.

Fitting and care

Store the door flat in the room where it will be hung, and seal all faces and edges, including the top and bottom, before fitting. As a fire door it must be hung in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where needed, a self-closer, and trimmed only within the limits of its fire certificate.

See them at our Ilford showroom: over 300 doors and over 200 handles on display, plus a large range of locks and door hardware, free parking, and odd sizes made to measure in our own workshop. Call 0208 599 0200.
