Description
See the Deanta Montreal Dark Grey Ash Pre-finished FD30 Fire Door on display in our Ilford showroom, where we have the full Deanta range side by side.
Clean lines and an ash veneer give the Montreal a contemporary look that contrasts well with lighter decor. This version comes pre-finished in dark grey ash, so it is ready to hang.
It is an FD30 fire door, giving up to 30 minutes of fire resistance when fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame. That makes it suitable where fire doors are required, such as loft conversions, flats and doors into an integral garage. It comes in seven sizes, from 610 mm to 926 mm wide, in both imperial (1981 mm) and metric (2040 mm) heights. At 45 mm thick, it weighs between 33 kg and 51 kg depending on size. The trimming allowance is shown with the sizes below. If your opening is an odd size, our workshop can make a door to fit.

Fitting and care
Supplied pre-finished and ready to hang. If you trim the door, reseal the cut edges straight away; we can supply Deanta’s matching touch-up paint. Fire doors must be fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where needed, a self-closer, and trimmed only within the limits of the fire certificate. Deanta’s care and installation guide has full instructions.
