A plain flush face in real oak veneer gives a clean, simple look that suits any style of home. It arrives pre-finished from the factory with a clear satin lacquer, so there is no sanding, staining or varnishing to do.

As an FD30 fire door it gives up to 30 minutes of fire resistance when hung in a matching fire-rated doorset, so it is a good choice for kitchens, garages, loft conversions and flats where building regulations call for fire doors. Odd size doors are our speciality. If your opening is a non-standard size, bring us your measurements and our own joinery workshop can make a door to fit.

Fitting and care

Pre-finished doors should be trimmed as little as possible. If you do trim, reseal any cut edges with a suitable clear finish straight away. Fire doors must be hung in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where required, a self-closer. Do not trim beyond the manufacturer's limits, or the fire rating may be affected.
