Vertical grooves give the Ely a rustic charm that suits almost any home, and it is one of Deanta's most popular designs. This version comes pre-finished in oak, so it is ready to hang.
It is an FD60 fire door, giving up to 60 minutes of fire resistance when fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame. That makes it suitable where fire doors are required, such as loft conversions, flats and doors into an integral garage. It comes in ten sizes, from 526 mm to 926 mm wide, in both imperial (1981 mm) and metric (2040 mm) heights. At 54 mm thick, it weighs between 41 kg and 75 kg depending on size. The trimming allowance is shown with the sizes below. If your opening is an odd size, our workshop can make a door to fit.

Fitting and care
Pre-finished doors should be trimmed as little as possible. If you do trim, reseal any cut edges with a suitable finish straight away. Fire doors must be fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where required, a self-closer. Do not trim beyond the manufacturer's limits, or the fire rating may be affected.
