Four large clear glass panels with raised mouldings on both faces give this Vancouver a bright, modern look. This version comes pre-finished in charcoal black, so it is ready to hang. It is built on a solid engineered core.

It is an FD30 fire door, giving up to 30 minutes of fire resistance when fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame. That makes it suitable where fire doors are required, such as loft conversions, flats and doors into an integral garage. It comes in five sizes, from 686 mm to 838 mm wide, in both imperial (1981 mm) and metric (2040 mm) heights. At 44 mm thick, it weighs between 35 kg and 40 kg depending on size. LPD allows up to 8 mm to be trimmed from the long edges and 8 mm from the short edges, and trimming beyond this may affect the fire rating. If your opening is an odd size, our workshop can make a door to fit.

Sizes, weights and trimming

Trimming figures are LPD's limits. Do not trim beyond them, or the fire rating may be affected.

Fitting and care

This door is factory finished and ready to hang. Seal any edge you trim before hanging. Fire doors must be fitted in a suitable fire-rated frame with intumescent seals, fire-rated hinges and, where required, a self-closer.
